DDS/Hamat products
carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original
consumer purchaser at the original installation.
DDS/Hamat warrents the product to be free from defects
in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.
Finishes are warranted for five years. Since Uncoated
Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Copper are unique
architectural finishes intended to change over time,
they are excluded from the finish warranty. White,
Black, and Biscuit finishes are baked enamal and
are not covered for mis-use or abuse or chipping.
All finishes appearing on pop-up assemblies, drains
and plastic parts are excluded from this warranty.
The warranty is void for any damages due to misuse,
abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation,
improper care of finishes, or use of any replacement
parts other than genuine DDS/Hamat parts. The use
of any lead based acidic curing adhesive, mastic
or plumber’s putty will void the finish warranty.
The warranty shall not cover and DDS/Hamat shall
not be responsible for any labor charges, injuries,
incidental or consequential damages that may arise
from the use of this product.
The warranty is made to the original consumer purchaser
in the orignial installation and is effective from
the
date of purchase. During the warranty period, DDS/Hamat
will repair or replace any part, at DDS/Hamat’s
discretion, which proves defective in material and/or
workmanship under normal installation, use and service.
Replacement parts can be obtained from your local
dealer or distributor. |
